BOOKING SPA APPOINTMENTS
Advance bookings are recommended, to accommodate your preferred date, time and spa treatments. Last booking depending on package or treatments, but you should be completed before 8:30PM. For more information and reservation, please contact Diamond Spa ext.3801.
USAGE OF SPA
It is advised to arrive 15minutes prior to your booking time. Guests are requested to arrive 45minutes before your treatment time for sauna and central spa. Swimming suites are necessary.
If you are delayed, please be advised that your treatment time will be limited as a courtesy to other guests.
MEDICAL CONDITION
Please inform the spa receptionist of any medical conditions you may have.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Because our spa service are reserved for you, we ask that you notify us at least 4 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment 50% of your treatment value will be charged for cancellation within 4 hours. Package cancellations are required 24 hours in advance notice. No shows are charged at full value.
