- Rates quoted in Thai Baht and inclusive of 10% service charge and 7% Government VAT
- Check in time: after 02:00 P.M., check out time: before 12:00 P.M.

- Payment requirement : Non-Refundable 1 night deposit is required
- No refund will be given to any cancellations, no shows and early check out after the deposit has been charged.
