Ocean View Swimming Pool closed for major improvement

Warm greeting from Diamond Cliff Resort and Spa. Providing the best guest experiences has always been our on-going commitment to improve our services and facilities to meet the world-class standards including safety and security.

As part of our continuing effort to improve our facilities, we would like to inform you that the Ocean View Swimming Pool and Pool area will be temporary closed for major improvement to increase safety. The improvement will be starting from 1st September until 15th October 2018 and working hours from 8 am to 6 pm. During improvement period, guests will be informed to use Waterfall Swimming Pool instead.

Renovation plan 2018

As part of our continuing commitment to providing our guests with facilities and services that are of a truly world-class standard, certain areas of the hotel will be undergoing a major refurbishment this year. This process will run from 10 May 2018 - 31 October 2018 and will primarily affect Building One (Ocean Jacuzzi Suite), Building Two and Three (Old Super Deluxe), as well as Lobby, The Sea Bar, Kiko, Thai Orchid and Franco Roma restaurants (see illustration). Once completed, this will see our rooms offering a higher standard of luxury living than ever before, a transformation that will be carried through to the lobby and the surrounding areas.

Throughout this period, the remainder of our guestrooms will be unaffected, while the hotel’s other restaurants and facilities – including the Ocean View Pool, Grand Wing Pool and Ocean View Restaurant – will be open as usual.

Please be assured that we place the utmost value on satisfying all of our guests’ requirements and look forward to welcoming you to our transformed and upgraded facilities from November 2018 onwards.
