Where do we start? Absolutely fabulous. The fact that we have returned for the 6th time should say it all 😉
We are extremely and eternally grateful especially for Narisa (reception manager) and Wahnee (assistant reception manager) for their continuous and ongoing 5 star hospitality, personalities and warmth. Following on from these shining stars, are the rest of the resort staff, who are always ready to greet with a courteous smile and bow, or to assist wherever possible.
These people and culture are what keep drawing us back, and the resort itself is exceptional. We are spoilt with the choice of two fabulous pools – one with ocean views and amazing sunsets, the other with a water slide and a more relaxed family vibe. The breakfast buffet has plenty of choice and what better than to sit and dine with a view of the ocean?
The choices of rooms are all a luxury, so well maintained and a pleasure to the eye.

First a big thanks to the whole staff of diamond cliff for making our trip memorable.
My trip started with a glitch where my daughter fell sick and we had to push our travel date ahead for a day. As my booking were non refundable so I thought the entire one night money which was around 9k baht was lost. But when I spoke to the Diamond cliff team they literally helped us and credit that amount to our room account. So whatever expenses were linked to our stay that got adjusted from that account. Like we had meals, Spa, room pantry stuff.

Our Ocean Jacuzzi rooms were fit out with everything we needed, were well maintained, comfy beds and in a great location. The staff were always so friendly and welcoming and my family enjoyed the morning breakfast buffet. The resort was always clean and beautiful. Was a nice short walk to Bangla Road or a quick tuk-tuk. The fruit shop had such fresh flavourful choices and there is nothing I can fault about our 2 week stay.

I absolutely would recommend staying here and I would book here if we return to Phuket.

We stayed for a blissful 3 weeks in April – May and it was everything we wished for. The weather was wonderful, the pool and restaurant right near our room, just perfect.

We stayed on Bed & Breakfast basis and that gave us the freedom to explore the myriad of restaurants in Patong. For those that don’t know the area, The Diamond Cliff Resort is at the quiet, north end of Patong Bay.

As the name suggests, its built into the cliffside and the rooms are set on many levels. We chose the same level as the pool in block 4200.
For those rooms higher up the property, they provide an on demand transport truck (free) to drop you at your level …
