Soak in our Japanese style Onsen Bathtubs that emulate the warm waters of hot springs and enjoy the massaging water jets of our specially designed Niagara Hydro Bathtubs. Our therapists use the finest Jurlique natural skin care products and offer a consultation service for tailor made treatments.
Please arrive 15 minutes before your appointment. We recommend casual dress for your own comfort, without make-up and jewelry. And for hygienic reasons we will provide disposable underwear for certain treatments. Smoking within the spa area is strictly prohibited.
Advance bookings are highly recommended. Please give 4 hours cancellation notice for treatments and 24 hours for packages. Late cancellations can impose a 50% charge and no-shows incur full charges. Diamond Spa is open from 10:00 until 22:00 daily.
Advanced bookings are recommended to secure your preferred date and time of treatment.
Please arrive at the spa at least 15 minutes before your scheduled time to avoid reduced treatment times, in case there are bookings following your appointment.
Please note that your treatment may end on time if you arrive late to avoid any delay for the next guest. However, if there is no booking to follow then you may enjoy the full duration of your treatment time.
Guests who are pregnant or who have high blood pressure, heart conditions, or have any other medical problems are advised to consult their doctor before using any of the spa services. Please highlight your medical conditions in our health questionnaire.
Smoking within the spa area is strictly prohibited. Consuming Alcohol before any spa treatment is not advised.
We request that no jewelry be worn at the spa. Please leave any valuables in the safe or in the locker provided. The management and staff of spa accept no responsibility for the loss of money or valuables of any kind brought into the spa premises.
We require at least 4 hours cancellation notice on individual treatments and 24 hours notice on packages, otherwise 50% of the treatment may be charged to your account. You will be charged in full if you cancel without notice or fail to show up.
Treatment packages are non-refundable, non-transferable or non-exchangeable once purchased. Also, spa products are non-refundable, non-transferable or non-exchangeable if the product is not faulty or if the packaging has been opened or tampered with due to safety and hygiene standards.
All treatments and services will be charged directly to your room (hotel guest) and cash/credit card for non-guests, All prices are quoted in Thai Baht. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
